Registration Procedure
Below you may complete the conference registration payment.
You can choose to pay for the Event Only, or for the Event and the Official Conference Dinner, held in a traditionally Japanese environment.
HOW CAN I PAY THE REGISTRATION FEES?
I) You may pay by PayPal now online using a credit card. Please choose the Paypal option below.
Please
enter your full name in English, and, if you are a presenter of an
accepted proposal, then please enter your four digit submission
reference number. This is located
in your official letter of acceptance. If you are an audience member,
then please write "audience". Then hit the 'Buy Now' button below to
complete the transaction through PayPal's secure site.

You may pay by the registration fees by bank transfer, although if an international payment, this
takes longer and involves more expense. Please choose the bank transfer
option below. Please include in the notes on the bank transfer 'ACE
2011', your full name, and, if you are a presenter, your four digit submission reference number. This is located in your official letter of acceptance. If you are not a presenter then please leave this blank.
I NEED AN INVOICE
If you require an invoice, please contact conferences@iafor.org, with "ACE 2011 Invoice Request" in the subject, stating the amount, your name, and submission reference number if applicable, and we will provide you with an invoice. We can also provide invoices in other major currencies.
I NEED A RECEIPT
At the time of the conference, you will be provided with a receipt for the registration along with a certificate of attendance and participation. In the meantime, your PayPal Receipt will serve as an official receipt of payment. If you pay by bank transfer, then your receipt from the bank, once confirmed by IAFOR, will serve this role.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Please note that if you need to cancel your registration for whatever reason, you must do so in writing by October 1 2011, by mailing conferences@iafor.org. Registration cancellation before this time will result in the issuance of a refund, subject to a JPY 10,000 service fee. Refunds will not be given after this date.

OPTION 2: PAY BY BANK TRANSFER
Please be advised that international wire transfers are subject to an additional JPY 5000 per transfer to cover intermediary bank charges. Also note that local bank charges for the remittance are to be paid by the registrant as well. Those paying by domestic bank transfer need only pay the local bank transfer fee on top of the registration fee.
Whether paying by domestic or international bank transfer, please remember to:
1) Include in the notes on the bank transfer 'ACE 2011', your full name, and, if you are a presenter, your four digit submission reference number. If you are not a presenter then please leave this blank.
2) Send us a scanned copy of the transfer receipt. This is important for identification purposes.
3) Please be advised of the following registration amounts:

Early Bird Registration NOT including Official Conference Dinner = JPY 35,000 + JPY 5,000
